Dumais Made is a ceramics studio based in Connecticut, specializing in handmade lamps, objects, and accessories. Founded by Charlie and Kevin Dumais in 2017, the studio began as a hobby, a small series of lamps conceived by Charlie outside his work as a lighting designer. Over the years, styles have become more playful and techniques more refined; Every piece is a balance of form and function, a tactile object that reveals its character the longer you live with it.

A modern day meet-cute, this collaboration came to life over Instagram. After Jenna featured Dumais Made’s Juice Box Lamp on her Expert storefront, an exchange of DMs and mutual admiration eventually led to one-to-one design sessions at the Dumais Made studio with Jenna and Charlie.

Through a series of petite experiments and a deep dive into Dumais Made’s archives, Jenna was immediately drawn to the pomegranate objet. The pomegranate stood out for its symbolism of sanctity, abundance, and elegance.
