WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will ship from our warehouse in 1–2 business days. For orders within the U.S., we offer economy shipping via DHL (3-5 business days) and expedited via FedEx (2 business days). For orders to Canada, shipping takes about 7–10 business days once it leaves the warehouse.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly on our website by creating a LoveSeen account and logging in here. Visit the order status page to receive up to date information regarding your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

We get it. Maybe you just changed your mind. We ship quickly so if it’s already on its way to you, we can’t cancel, but we’ll do our best to work it out. Either way, email help@loveseen.com.

HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?

For every friend you refer who places their first order using your referral link, they'll get $20 off their order of $25 or more (before shipping and taxes), and you'll get $20 off to apply on your next order.

What are the lashes made of?

Our lashes are made of nylon or P.E.T.

Do you test on animals?

Nope. That would be cruel and animals already have great lashes.

HOW LONG DO THESE LASHES STAY ON?

Just for the day. Take them off with your makeup before you hit the hay. Any longer and you wouldn’t be able to get that satisfying rub-your-eyes feeling at the end of the day.

CAN YOU SHOWER/SWIM/SLEEP WITH LASHES ON?

Please don’t! Chlorine, water, and soap don’t play well with lashes. Plus, it’s better to let your natural lashes breathe a bit while you sleep! (Your faux lashes will last longer this way.)

How many times can I wear the lashes?

It depends. If you wear your lashes without mascara and treat them very gently, you can get up to 10 wears. If you use mascara—especially waterproof—it’s harder to get off and harder on those little lashes. Go lightly.

How do I clean the lashes?

We use cotton swabs and oil-free makeup remover or micellar water. Remove the lashes and place them on a clean surface or cotton round, dip the cotton swab in the micellar water, and gently clean the lashes to remove any glue and mascara. Then dry them off with a lintless towel, or even a paper towel will do. But whatever you do: DON’T. RUB. They’re delicate.

Do the lashes come with the adhesive and the applicator?

No. We sell everything separately. That way you never have too much of one thing and not enough of another.

Which glue should I use?

We like Duo. (Troi, our makeup artist in residence, approves.) We offer three types to suit your needs. Prefer a latex-free formula? Opt for the Brush-On. Want an extra strong hold? Go for Clear. Wish your glue dried black? Go for Black!

Is the packaging recyclable?

YES. We worked really hard to make our packaging 98% plastic-free. The inner tray of our lash pack is made of 100% molded sugar cane pulp. The outer pack is made of post-consumer recycled paperboard. We skipped the glossy or metallic ink (which makes paper non-recyclable.). After removing the clear P.E.T. (plastic) window from the lash pack, head for the recycle bin.

Where is the product made?

Our lashes were developed by Jenna Lyons and Troi Ollivierre in New York City and expertly made by our partners in Indonesia.

How many times can I wear the lashes?

Take care of those little babies and you can wear them up to 10 times. Mascara, particularly waterproof, can significantly reduce the number of wears.

Can I curl my lashes?

You can…. But we recommend curling your natural lashes first. Then pinch the fake and real ones together. If you do need more lift just be gentle, sometimes lash curlers can crimp the lashes.

Do I put on eyeliner before or after putting on the lashes?

Depends on the lash. If you’re wearing CATE, LUCA, or IRIS—you can go naked. For the rest of the styles, it’s up to you. For a more dramatic look, apply liner before and after. For a lighter look, apply lash, then touch-up with liner. For the lightest look, apply a light brown powder to the lashline. (No liner needed!)

Do I put on mascara before or after putting on the lashes?

Applying mascara first to your natural lashes helps prolong the life of your faux lashes by not gunking them up!

How do I apply the lashes?

There are lots of ways to get your lash on. Here’s how we do ours:

Make sure your eyes (lids, lashline, and lashes) are clean and oil-free. Give your lashes a curl.

Carefully remove lashes from the tray. Using your tweezers or fingers, lift the band up from the outer edge. Be gentle—those babies are delicate.

Before gluing, hold the lash up to your eye—just to see what you’re getting into.

When you’re ready, put the lash in The Lash Tool or your fingers. Then apply a thin line of glue. Let it set for 15 to 20 seconds, so it gets tacky.

Lash time. Bring the lash straight on in (not up or down). Get as close to your lash line as possible. Adjust as needed. There you go! You got this!

Once the glue has dried, and the lashes are in place, use The Lash Tool to combine all the lashes. Need a bit of extra lift? Give them a curl with an eyelash curler.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE LASHES?

It’s easy. Gently use your fingers to pull the lash from the outer edge. It should come off easily. If it’s really stuck on there, put a little micellar water on a cotton round and set it on your closed eye for a few seconds. It’ll slide right off.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We free standard shipping for all LoveSeen US orders over $25. For orders under $25, standard shipping is $4. We also offer expedited shipping (2 business days) for $10 on any LoveSeen product order. For our Canadian customers, we offer $15 standard shipping on orders under $25, and $5 shipping on orders over $25. All orders under $100 which include a product from Jenna's Into It Shop will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $10. For those orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada! Live in Australia or New Zealand? You can shop LoveSeen at our stockist Mecca. Have a suggestion for other places we should ship? Drop us a note!

Can I return my lashes?

Totally. Sometimes things don’t work out. We’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Just don’t lick them 🤪 .

How do I submit a return or exchange?

If you don’t love your product, simply start your return by emailing us at help@loveseen.com and we will get you sorted. Please note, some items from Jenna's Into It Shop are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. You can refer to individual product pages for more information!
