What does it mean to be a strong woman?
My most powerful moments have actually stemmed from vulnerability; Being able to ask for help, being confident enough to say I don’t understand, being self aware enough to know I needed expertise I didn’t have. With each of these situations I gained knowledge, confidence and appreciation.

What can we do to support/empower other women?
Be generous - be kind - be thoughtful - show up - don’t pretend you have it all figured out - that is intimidating and normally not the case . And most importantly - ENCOURAGE others - build them up - share your support and expertise whenever possible.

SOME FAVORITE FEMALE-FOUNDED BRANDS?
StyleSeat - I have been a fan of Melody from the moment I heard about her platform - and literally more impressed and enthusiastic every time we speak.
Glossier - I have known Emily for years and watched her career skyrocket. What I love so much is that she cut her own path - literally no one has done it the way she has and she crushed it.
Bobbie - co-founders Laura Modi and Sarah Hardy pushed through a male dominated/big biz/highly regulated industry and then a pandemic while bringing to market a clean line of baby formula. Despite numerous setbacks they persevered and have changed the industry forever.

WHAT LASH ARE YOU WEARING THIS MONTH?
FERN. I love a name that sounds like a house plant! This lash is my go to for a night out. It's fluffy and feathery and works well with a caramel smoky eye.
