What We Love: June 2021
Team LoveSeen is made up of beauty enthusiasts and aficionados. (And one beauty bystander on the Finance team. He has poreless skin despite probably washing his face with shampoo runoff.) These are their stories.

As you can imagine, we go through a lot of products.
So here’s what some of our team can’t keep their greedy, little paws off of as of late.
Or, Editorial Director
Last year, when we weren’t going anywhere, I started worrying that my perfumes thought I died. To mitigate this, I elected to begin wearing a scent to bed on a nightly basis. It completely negates the idea that I need a special occasion to wear a personal scent. This month, I am currently smitten with Vacation.
When you first spray it, it’s a burst of banana, pineapple, coconut: stalwart sunscreen notes. Then, if you’re paying close attention (which you should), you’ll pick up the chlorinated water. The company cites “pool toy” as a note, and I wish my olfactory palate were sophisticated enough to pick that up. It is not. When it’s run its course, you’re left with an orange blossom skin scent. It’s wholly intoxicating and addicting. It’s novel without being a novelty. I’m already drafting an email to their product team, pleading with them to make it a candle. The current exclamation point count is in the dozens.

I’ve been using this toner for a few months, and it has been a game-changer for me. I’ve noticed some dark spots on my chin and cheek (DON’T POP YOUR PIMPLES), and those areas have cleared up sooo much.
KRAVE Beauty Great Barrier Reef Serum
This is another excellent product that has helped with dark spots. Can be used with or in replacement of your moisturizer. Also, I love the price!
If this came in a full-sized bottle, I’d use it all over my body. It can be a bit greasy, so a little goes a long way. Incredibly hydrating, so if your skin is dry, I highly recommend it!
I bought this for hubby, and he loves it, so I had to give it a try. My hair felt cleaner but also not stripped from its natural oils. Great for dry, itchy scalps, and if you tend to use a lot of products when styling your hair, this will help clarify your scalp. Bonus: it smells like a York Peppermint Patty.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil and WELEDA Skin Food
I apply both at bedtime and wake up with a dewy, fresh face.
Because it’s a half-lash, it’s easier for me to apply to my deep-set eyes. It gives me just the right amount of a doe-eyed Brigitte Bardot look.

Keratin treatments
I’ve recently enjoyed keratin treatments on my fine, curly, and processed hair to ensure I can get a brush through it. It’s particularly helpful this time of year to help mitigate humidity and all the things it does to my hair.
I slather it on liberally. As much as my skin can absorb.
It seems a bit thicker than other flosses, so I feel like it gets out more gunk. Speaking of teeth...
They have a metal tool that helps squeeze out the last dredges of the toothpaste, making me feel less wasteful. Also, the tube is made from aluminum. More recyclable! (Editor’s note: Mother Nature was the first beauty guru.)

Nuria Hydrate Revitalizing Jelly Night Treatment
The brand is vegan/all-natural, and a portion of sales goes to girls’ education! This jelly texture is fun and applies so nicely. I wake up looking hydrated and dewy.
Vitamin C has been a gamechanger in my routine, and this one is so effective (while also being really affordable).
This gives me that "post-workout" flush ... without me actually doing the work of exercising.
Work smarter, not harder!
