I am so happy I found this amazing brand of eyelashes. I was looking for a natural yet little glam look for my wedding so I decided to get the Etta and the Jack. The Etta definitely was the best option for the big day, but still had a natural look to them. The first pair I received was not symmetric and one lash was not as full and angled more upright. I sent a note to the customer service. They replied within hours and initiated a new order to replace the ones I received. I cannot believe how amazing the customer service was in this situation. Things happen, but how you remedy them is what matters the most. You have a new loyal lash fan over here! Thank you so much for making me feel extra special on my wedding day.
